Transpersonal Hypnotherapy
Soul Exploration
Transpersonal hypnotherapy explores layers of consciousness and the multi-dimensional self using a mind-body-spirit approach. This work may help address generational patterns, deepen your inner connection, or explore emotional, mental, relational and physical patterns in your current life.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a therapeutic tool using guided relaxation and focused attention to access whole body processing. This approach activates natural healing mechanisms and promotes life-lasting therapeutic change.
Regression Therapy
Regression therapy explores memories and past experiences influencing one’s current symptoms, issues or other internal states through hypnotic regression. This can access current lifetime memories or possible past-life experiences to identify root causes of symptoms and patterns. Clients often find relief by processing and releasing mental-emotional-social patterns tied to these formative experiences.
Services Offered
Past-Life Regression Therapy: Exploration of potential past-life or other life time experiences to address present symptoms and to explore patterns.
Prenatal Therapy (or “womb regression”): Exploration of pre-birth experiences and early developmental patterns.
Spiritual Guidance Integration: Accessing inner wisdom and spiritual resources connected to your process.
Core Principles
Systemic Connection: Understanding the interconnections within individual patterns, family systems and collective influences.
Resource Strengthening: Supporting inner resiliency and restoration through deep relaxed states and restoration.
Integrated Development: Facilitating inner states that promote integration and authentic living.
Non-Linear Processing: Accessing memory networks beyond chronological time and space for reprocessing stored experiences of the soul and body.
Who Can Benefit?
Transpersonal hypnotherapy, such as past-life regression, suits individuals seeking comprehensive, deeper healing and exploration.
Some interpret experiences as accessing actual memory networks, others as symbolic subconscious processing. Research demonstrates consistent therapeutic outcomes regardless of interpretive framework.
Preparation Recommended: Meditation or relaxation experience can greatly enhance outcomes and is highly recommended. Preparatory sessions are available with Stefan, likely covered by insurance.
FAQs
-
Sessions typically last 2-3 hours. We begin with a conversation about your concerns and goals. Then I'll guide you into a deeply relaxed state through progressive relaxation. While in this focused awareness, we may explore current or past life memories, prenatal experiences, or other material that emerges naturally. We end with time to process insights and create any plan related to follow up.
-
No. You'll be in a focused state of awareness similar to deep meditation—fully able to hear, speak, and remember everything. You maintain complete control and can end the session anytime. It's a guided conversation with your subconscious, timeless wisdom, not losing consciousness.
-
Avoid alcohol or other substances if you can 24 hours before. Eat lightly beforehand. Practice relaxation or meditation in the days prior. Come with an open mind and heart. Wear comfortable clothing. Plan quiet time afterward for integration and protect your energy. As any modality I practice, your mind/body/spirit will continue to integrate information well after the session.
-
Most people can achieve therapeutic hypnotic states with proper preparation. Success depends on many factors, though mostly your openness to the process and rapport with your therapist.
-
If you don't access material you may have wanted or anticipated in one session, that’s okay! Not everyone is ready for deep transpersonal work on the first attempt—that's completely normal. I trust that everything unfolds in your perfect timing. Your subconscious knows where it needs to go, and benefits will arise naturally when you're ready. I remain open to whatever emerges for you.
-
Not everyone experiences regression visually. Information may come through feelings, bodily sensations, intuitive knowing, sounds, or narrative. All are valid. The benefit comes from emotional processing and insight, not vivid imagery.
-
Not at all. What matters is whether the process helps you release emotions and gain insights for your current life. Some interpret experiences as past-life memories, others as symbolic stories from the subconscious. The therapeutic benefit is real regardless of your beliefs.
-
This work doesn't require adopting any specific religious beliefs. Many people from various faith traditions find it compatible with their spirituality. We approach the material as therapeutically meaningful for your healing, not as literal doctrine. If you have concerns, we can discuss how to frame the work in a way that aligns with your values.
-
Imagination is actually the bridge to your subconscious mind. Even imagined material has to come from somewhere within your psyche. The question isn't whether it's "real" in a historical sense, but whether it provides healing and meaningful insights. The therapeutic value comes from the emotional processing and understanding, not from proving the literal truth of what emerges.
-
The material that emerges is treated as therapeutically meaningful rather than historically accurate. As a clinically trained therapist, I use ethical practices that minimize suggestion and allow your material to emerge naturally. We focus on emotional healing and pattern recognition, not verifying facts. The insights and emotional release are what matter.

Actually, hypnosis and practices related to reincarnation, spiritual healing, and consciousness exploration have been used therapeutically for centuries across many cultures and traditions. What's "new age" is the scientific research now emerging that helps us understand the mechanisms behind why these ancient practices work. This approach integrates time-honored healing wisdom with modern clinical training in hypnosis, memory reprocessing, somatic experiencing, and nervous system regulation. I provide professional, ethical care that honors both traditional healing knowledge and current therapeutic standards.
-
This approach supports healing for unexplained anxiety or depression, recurring relationship patterns, chronic pain without clear medical cause, phobias without obvious origins, feeling "stuck" or blocked, intergenerational family patterns, identity or life purpose questions, and major life transitions. It's particularly effective when traditional approaches haven't fully resolved issues.

Transpersonal hypnotherapy explores consciousness beyond everyday awareness, including prenatal experiences and potential past-life material. Clinical hypnotherapy focuses on symptom relief and behavior change within your current lifetime. Transpersonal work investigates deeper patterns across generations or lifetimes, emphasizing spiritual integration and holistic exploration.
-
It depends on your goals. We'll create a personalized treatment plan during our consultation. Some benefit from one intensive exploration, others from a series addressing different aspects. Many combine transpersonal sessions with other modalities I offer.
-
This varies greatly. Some experience significant shifts in one session, others need several to work through multiple layers. Unlike symptom-focused therapy, transpersonal work often creates shifts that unfold over time as you integrate insights into daily life. Keep in mind it’s spaceless and timeless work.
-
Transpersonal hypnotherapy isn't covered by insurance. However, I accept insurance for preparatory services including assessment, relaxation training, EMDR, and other clinical work that builds your capacity for this deeper work. See my “Investment & Payment” page for details.
