My Approach
I work with individuals and families using integrative modalities that address underlying inner patterns and root experiences. My practice combines bilateral movement with EMDR therapy, hypnotherapy, somatic practices and energy work to reduce symptoms and support you in your emotional health goals.
Whether you're new to therapy, building upon previous therapeutic work, or seeking complementary support alongside your current therapist, our approach emphasizes experiential healing that helps your nervous system process and release energy anchored in past experiences. At the same time, we focus on developing practical lifestyle skills for emotional regulation, physical health, and personal growth.
This approach is structured to be both effective and transformative. Typically after more consistent sessions, we move toward less frequent appointments as you begin to integrate the changes and strengthen your personal empowerment.
For those interested, I also integrate transpersonal hypnotherapy as additional services.
This collaborative and co-creative process together is intended to support your active engagement in finding sustainable pathways to your unique wellbeing and authentic living.

My approach emphasizes experiential healing. While traditional talk therapy focuses on discussing and analyzing your experiences cognitively, I use modalities that work directly with your nervous system, subconscious mind, and body to process and release what's been stored. This often leads to faster, more sustainable change because we're addressing root causes at deeper levels.

No. One of the benefits of EMDR, hypnotherapy, and somatic approaches is that you don't need to recount every detail of your traumatic experiences to heal. We work with your subconscious mind and body's innate wisdom to process and release what's been stored, without requiring you to relive painful memories through verbal retelling. The basis of this work is working more with belief systems and patterns versus the “what happened”. So in essence, restoring the relationship with yourself, not necessarily what occurred.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that accesses your subconscious mind in a deeply relaxed state, allowing us to work with limiting beliefs, somatic patterns, and blocks that may be outside conscious awareness. You remain in control throughout the process—it's simply a focused, relaxed state similar to meditation. It's completely safe and evidence-based.

Somatic therapy recognizes that trauma and stress are stored in the whole body, not just the brain in our skull. We work with body sensations, movement, and nervous system regulation to release what's been held. This might include breathwork, awareness of bodily sensations, or gentle movement—helping you reconnect with your body's wisdom.

You don't need to decide this on your own. During our initial sessions, we'll discuss your goals, experiences, and what feels right for you. All therapies are beneficial, similar and have their nuances. Often, we integrate multiple modalities based on what your system needs in the moment. I'll guide you through understanding each approach and we'll discover together what supports your healing best. Your comfort and readiness always guide our process.

Absolutely. Some clients work with me alongside their existing therapist to address specific trauma or engage in somatic work that complements their ongoing therapy. Collaboration between providers is welcomed.

If you're reading this, part of you is likely ready. All that's truly required is an open heart and mind. My process is gentle and grounded in supporting a calm, regulated state while integrating various parts of yourself. You don't need to relive the worst parts of your life to heal—in fact, my approach is designed to help you process difficult experiences without reliving them! We'll work at your pace, building resources and safety in your body. Many clients feel nervous and ready at the same time—that's completely normal.
