Transpersonal hypnotherapy uses a mind-body-spirit approach to explore consciousness and the multi-dimensional self. It helps address generational patterns, deepen inner connection, and examine emotional, mental, relational, and physical life patterns related to the soul.

Hypnosis employs guided relaxation and focused attention to engage the body’s natural healing and support lasting therapeutic change. Regression therapy accesses current or past-life memories to uncover root causes of symptoms, helping clients release mental, emotional, and social patterns for relief. I integrate both clinical and transpersonal perspectives.

Sessions

Past-life regression therapy: Exploration of potential past-life or other life time experiences to address present symptoms and to explore patterns.

Prenatal therapy (or “womb regression”): Exploration of pre-birth experiences and early developmental experiences.

Integration of experiences: Accessing inner wisdom and inner resources connected to your process.

Preparation recommended: Meditation or relaxation experience is recommended. Preparatory sessions are available with Stefan, likely covered by insurance.

 FAQs

  • Sessions typically last 2-3 hours. We begin with a conversation about your concerns and goals. Then I'll guide you into a deeply relaxed state through progressive relaxation. While in this focused awareness, we may explore current or past life memories, prenatal experiences, or other material that emerges naturally. We end with time to process insights and create any plan related to follow up.

  • Avoid alcohol or other mind altering substances if you can 24 hours before. Practice relaxation or meditation in the days prior. Come with an open mind and heart. Wear comfortable clothing. Plan quiet time afterward for integration and protect your energy. As any modality I practice, your mind/body/spirit will continue to integrate information well after the session. This is the best part!

  • Most people can achieve therapeutic hypnotic states with proper preparation. Success depends on many factors, though mostly your openness to the process and rapport with your therapist.

  • Not everyone experiences regression visually. Information may come through feelings, bodily sensations, intuitive knowing, sounds, or narrative. All are valid. The benefit comes from emotional processing and insight, not vivid imagery.

  • Not always. What matters is if the process helps you express feelings and gain understanding. Some view these experiences as past-life memories, others as subconscious symbols. It can be beneficial regardless.

  • This approach supports healing for unexplained anxiety or depression, recurring relationship patterns, chronic pain without clear medical cause, phobias without obvious origins, feeling "stuck" or blocked, intergenerational family patterns, identity or life purpose questions, and major life transitions. It's particularly effective when traditional approaches haven't fully resolved issues.

  • Transpersonal hypnotherapy explores consciousness beyond everyday awareness, including prenatal experiences and potential past-life material. Clinical hypnotherapy focuses on symptom relief and behavior change within your current lifetime. Transpersonal work investigates deeper patterns across generations or lifetimes, emphasizing spiritual integration and holistic exploration.

  • Transpersonal hypnotherapy isn't covered by insurance. However, I accept insurance for preparatory services including assessment, relaxation training, EMDR, and other clinical work that builds your capacity for this deeper work. See my “Investment & Payment” page for details.
